1. Provider and scope

Tatnivo is provided by Daniel Fischlin, Husmattstrasse 2, 6416 Steinerberg, Switzerland. These terms of use apply to commercial tattoo studios and self-employed tattoo artists. Anyone setting up a studio confirms that they are authorised to act and enter into agreements on behalf of that business.

Visitors who submit a tattoo enquiry through a studio form do not thereby enter into a paid Tatnivo subscription. A tattoo treatment, its design, price and appointments are agreed exclusively with the relevant studio.

2. Scope of the service

Tatnivo provides studio settings, reference management, customer forms, preliminary estimates and an overview of submitted enquiries. The studio may use its form link in its own messages, on its website or in automatic replies it configures itself. This does not promise an independent connection to Instagram inboxes or automatic email sending on the studio’s behalf.

The technical limits and functions shown in the product form part of the service scope. No particular number of enquiries, bookings or sales, or continuous uninterrupted availability, is guaranteed.

3. Setup and free trial

A personal studio account is created with an email address and password; the email address must be verified. A one-time free trial of 14 days begins when the studio is set up. No credit card is required. The trial does not automatically become a paid subscription; without a separate subscription checkout, no automatic charge is made.

New enquiries and changes may be paused after the trial ends. Under the current functionality, existing workspace data remains accessible to view and through the available enquiry export. This does not constitute a promise of unlimited retention.

4. Paid subscription and payment

The studio plan currently offered costs CHF 49 per month. A paid subscription is ordered only through a separate completion of the designated checkout after the trial has ended. The price, payment interval and order details are displayed before the binding order is placed and should be checked before confirmation.

Payments and management of saved payment methods are handled through Stripe. Following successful checkout, the monthly subscription renews for one further month at a time until cancelled. The studio is responsible for currency conversion or fees charged by its own bank. New prices are not applied retrospectively to periods already paid for.

5. Cancellation and refunds

The studio may cancel its subscription through the available subscription management portal or by notifying the contact given above. Ordinary cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, unless another termination is expressly agreed or required by mandatory law. The displayed cancellation status and end date should be checked; questions may be addressed to the provider’s contact.

Cancellation or mere non-use does not automatically result in a pro-rata refund. Refund requests, particularly for incorrect or duplicate charges or a substantial failure to provide the service, are assessed according to the circumstances. Mandatory statutory rights to repayment, price reduction, termination or withdrawal remain unaffected.

6. AI estimates and personal confirmation

The AI estimates the expected tattooing work from the design information and selected studio references. Tatnivo uses the configured rates to calculate a preliminary price and time range and, where relevant, sessions. Differences in designs, working methods, body placements and incomplete reference data may lead to deviations. The internal estimate may also use references that have not been approved for public display. If there is no suitably similar approved work, no comparison image is forced; a supportable preliminary estimate may still be made from the broader reference context. A displayed reference price is the value recorded for that work, not an offer for the new design.

The results are guidance, not binding offers, medical assessments or guaranteed accuracy levels. The studio reviews each enquiry and personally confirms the design, feasibility, total price and session plan. A customer’s confirmed expression of interest does not replace this agreement.

7. Studio responsibilities and permitted content

The studio keeps pricing rules and reference information factually accurate and protects its access against unauthorised use. It uploads only content that it is entitled to use and share for the intended purpose and informs its customers about the processing of their information and images.

Unnecessary faces, identity documents, health information and other particularly sensitive information should not be uploaded. Unlawful content, other people’s data without the necessary authorisation, abusive access and circumvention of technical limits are prohibited. In cases of actual misuse, affected functions may be restricted proportionately.

8. Content and rights of use

Rights to studio work and customer images remain with the respective rights holders. The studio grants Tatnivo only the rights of use required for storage, display, technical processing and the instructed AI estimate. This does not provide a general permission to use customer images in public advertising or present them as another user’s studio portfolio. Explicit approval of an individual reference in the customer form permits only the described public comparison display of that work and the information shown with it. The studio ensures that it also has the necessary rights and permissions regarding the image and people depicted for this purpose. Approval is off by default and can be withdrawn for future requests; this cannot retrieve copies already viewed or saved.

The studio may use the provided functions for its own business operations during the agreed usage period. Third-party rights, including copyright, personality and trademark rights, must be respected.

9. Privacy, information requests and end of data processing

The privacy notice explains Tatnivo’s processing. Where Tatnivo processes studio customer data under the studio’s instructions, the data processing agreement also applies. This allocation of roles does not remove the studio’s own information and data protection duties.

Cancelling a subscription does not automatically delete data. The studio should save any enquiry data it needs in good time using the available export function and give instructions for return or deletion through the provider’s contact. Statutory retention duties and the rights of data subjects remain reserved.

10. Operation, changes and interruptions

Maintenance, technical problems and outages affecting hosting, sign-in, payment or AI providers may temporarily affect use. If an automatic estimate is unavailable, the project may be referred to the studio for personal assessment. The studio reports identifiable errors with a clear description.

Tatnivo may adjust functions for maintenance, security and further development. Material adverse changes to the agreed service scope or contract terms will be communicated appropriately before they take effect. Mandatory studio rights in the event of a significant service change remain unaffected.

11. Responsibility and liability

Each party is responsible for its own contractual duties. The studio remains responsible for its tattoo services and personal price commitments; Tatnivo remains responsible for providing the platform in accordance with the contract and for its own data protection duties.

Liability is governed by applicable law. In particular, these terms do not exclude liability for intent, gross negligence or other claims that cannot legally be excluded. A preliminary AI estimate does not change these responsibilities.

12. Law, mandatory protections and contact

The contractual relationship is governed by Swiss law. Mandatory provisions of other legal systems, legally protected rights and mandatory jurisdiction rules remain unaffected. This basic version does not claim that every use is legally permitted in every country.

The provider can be contacted about contract, subscription or privacy matters at the postal address given above. This version was last updated on 1 November 2026.
